Domestic Orders

Orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once payment is received, we’ll process and ship your order within 3–7 business days. Turnaround times may vary during peak holiday seasons. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays.

 


 

Do You Ship Internationally?

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental U.S.

  • For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your products.

 


 

What Happens If My Shipment Is Undeliverable?

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If an address is incorrect or undeliverable, and the package is returned to us, you’ll have two options:

  1. Pay for reshipping to a corrected address.

  2. Receive a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping charge.

 


 

My Order Arrived Incorrect or Damaged—What Should I Do?

Mistakes happen! If something is wrong with your order, contact us at coastmarketco@gmail.com right away. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

 


 

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

At Coast Market Co., we stand by the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly accept returns free of charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

While we are not responsible for shipping damage, we’ll do our best to replace damaged items whenever possible or offer a refund if no replacement is available.

For non-defective products, we offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A $5 restocking fee applies, plus the cost of return shipping.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at coastmarketco@gmail.com.

  2. Provide a tracking number for your return shipment.

  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund minus the $5 restocking fee.
